Please call us at the studio (212-334-3779) for your first visit.

The Pilates taught here is very classical. Your first lesson should be with an instructor that is appropriate for your level of expertise. If it's a class, the class should be with people whose competences are complimentary. Call us and let's get it right the first time.

The online booking system is only open to clients who have money on account. You can set that up at your first visit.

There is a dressing room with lockers at the studio. There are no showers available. There is a refrigerator full of bottled water and complimentary towels.

We have a studio full of Gratz Pilates equipment. There is no need to bring a mat or other equipment.
